The MSM prevents the crystallization and build up of lactic acid. The MSM flushes the lactic acid out, along with all the other bad toxins in your system. MSM can relieve pain and inflammation in muscles and joints. Many of the components of joints are made from collagen and glucosamine, both of which are sulfurdependent. By taking large amounts of MSM, more toxins that cause soreness are flushed out of your system. MSM works on pain. Think of a cell as a balloon full of water but instead of being made of rubber it is made of protein.
