I bought Paul Neyron at Home Depot in Las Vegas, March 2003.

First Tag Description:

Hybrid Perpetual Rose. Very large, fragrant, rose pink blooms on long strong stems.

My description:

February 2006- I love the cluster flower on this one, it is very pretty.
