Patricia Allison,
an MCS/EI, developed a product line of fragrance and cruelty-free
beauty products. She worked with several companies to develop
formulations of a high degree of purity and quality.
The product line has evolved over a period of 40 years. We
take pride in the fact that we were one of the first cruelty-free
cosmetic companies. We have never tested our products on animals,
and certainly never will!
The skin and hair care formulas contain no added color, most
are available without added fragrance, and most contain no animal
ingredients, which means most are vegan. Where used, animal
ingredients are limited to lanolin, derived from wool, honey and
beeswax.

Shampoo - Facial and Body Wash. This
extremely gentle shampoo can be used on the most
sensitive skins for washing and shaving. It is an ideal
deep-pore facial and body wash. For the chemically
sensitive, Unscented
RosePetal Shampoo is excellent for
use on skin and laundry. Every batch of shampoo is tested
by MCS/EIs before production. If there is not a consensus
on the batch, the chemist is consulted to make necessary
changes before production.
