Tibetan Mediation Helps MCS
I have tried various methods (hotsprings, Tibetan medicine, acupuncture, massage, aryuvedic medicine, breathing masks) and meditations to cure the disease, but this mediation is a very effective. It is one that was advised together with leavesshavarI and bhutadamara by Lama Sherab Amipa Rinpoche in Freiburg, about 1991. He said it would clean especially the channals and nerves departing from the lung into the body. I practiced it for some years. First of all it kind of cleared the lung and all the body. This means I got a cleaning cough from it and had to start to drink a lot of water. The circulation in the sick parts became better. So using the simple version, I got relief from aggravation from too much smog, etc.. A gradual improvement of the whole disease started after years. In 2000, I came to the institute of higher Tibetan Studies and could investigate the respecitve meditaion texts further. There were some detailed explanations which I carried out. They were especially helpful for the disease. So long-time stiff muscles and cramps began to loosen immensely. This is why I published this very helpful text.
I have had a similar experience of other texts, but unfortuately this is only the case for the not yet translated Tibetan versions. They include elabourate explanations which are only rarely translated. I am looking forward to be able to publish more of these texts.
I have been thinking about the way these effects have come up. I also had a talk on this with Profffessor Jork from the University of Frankfurt, who is a disciple of Trogawa Rinpoche, a famous Tibetan doctor and a physician.
Incense Pollution
The Tibetan doctor, Trogawa Rinpoche, warned me of the products from Indian perfumed incense. I personally have had a very bad experience with incense. Recently, when I talked with a doctor specialized in MCS, he told me about the bad influence of incense on Christian priests. Dr. Götz, a biologist from Hohenheim University, Germany, says that the ingredients are similar. Geshe Ngarwang Rinpoche, a great teacher of the Gelug center in Hamburg, almost died of pneumonia. There is information on lung diseases of Tibetans derived from TIN (Tibet Information Network). Incense is something like sweets that is sold by the Tibetan and Indian tourism industry. However it is as sweets, very unhealthy and people should become aware of this!
